Stacking the Shelves is hosted by Tynga's Reviews. It is a way for us to share the new books we have collected. I'm going to be out of town tomorrow, going to my great-aunt's 90th birthday party in Brazilton, Kansas. So, I wanted to just do this today so I would I have time to go check out other Stacking the Shelves posts after I'm done with mine. Also, I'm going to include some links at the bottom of this post to my 5th Blogoversary giveaway, which I posted earlier today, as well as links to my September is for Sequels Challenge. Here are the things I added this week.
Books purchased:
When I was doing some cleaning after being done with my recovery from surgery, I found a gift card that I had meant to give away, but had ended up just doing an email gift card instead when I had that giveaway. So I figured I'd go spend it myself. And I got this 4th book in the Beautiful Creatures series, and hope to get it read as part of my September is for Sequels Challenge.
Nook Books purchased for under $1.99:
-->
These are parts of series, novellas, that I will probably read during my November is for Novellas Challenge this year.
YA Book Exchange:
I was very excited to see this up for trade because it was one book that I was very, very sad about not getting at BEA this summer. Now I have it, and it is a September release, so I'll be reading it sometime this month hopefull! I didn't realize how thick of a book it was! But yay!
Received in mail from?:
I apologize to whoever I got this from. I seem to remember winning it from a giveaway, but I didn't save the email I guess that said I'd won it. But it came in the mail this past week from The Book Depository, looks like the one in England, so that should help me remember, but I can't. And I feel so bad! But it was an awesome surprise!
I also got a ton of stuff to giveaway in my blogoversary, and I know a few authors who are still sending some things. So please, if you haven't already, click the button below and go enter my giveaway. The first entry is free! No hoops to jump through other than clicking a button!
And if you're interested in either joining my September is for Sequels challenge to clear your TBR shelves, or want to join the Giveaway hop associated with the Sequel Challenge, you can sign up for that as well, I've put all the buttons below to be clicked on.
