This week was a little harder than I'd expected.  I only came up with 3 really, and the other two, well I might have stretched a bit on one of them.

5.  Here's the stretch:

I think there are actual little gemstones up in the middle on the upper half of her dress.

4.  Kind of a stretch as well.

There's really no jewels at all on that, but it made me think of it, so I picked it.

3.

I knew there had to be at least one Nancy Drew mystery that had something to do with a jewel.

2.

A whole treasure box filled with jewels!

1. And my favorite is:

So those are my 5 covers with jewels, or something close to jewels, on them.  Can you think of any books that have jewels on the cover?

  2. I used the cover for The Jewel too! There are totally little gem stones on her dress! I agree with your favorite though, The Girl of Fire and Thorns is really pretty :-)

  3. I think the Nancy Drew is my favorite. What kills me is there aren't MORE Nancy Drew covers with jewels, ya know (yes I looked). Unless I missed any... this week was kinda tough wasn't it? I found plenty but a lot were kids books, and when I weeded those out I didn't find much.

  5. I don't think you stretched at all! All of these are lovely jewel overs. My favorite is definitely the Fire and Thorns series though. ;)

    1. Yeah, the closer I looked, I realized it wasn't that far. I thought at first maybe they were just sequins I guess.
