Stacking The Shelves - March 8th, 2015

Stacking the Shelves is hosted by Tynga's Reviews.  It is a way for us to share the new books we have collected.  I did better this week and got fewer books than last week.  Some were pretty exciting!

--> Physical Books:
-->

The first book I won in the February New Release Giveaway from Shannon at It Starts at Midnight.  The 2nd book I got as a stripped cover book at the bookstore where I work.  I think I have the part two book that I got on bargain, so now I can get started reading them.  Wondering how the novels will compare to both the comics and the tv show.

E-galleys:

The first one I got on Edelweiss.  The 2nd one I was sooooo excited when I got approved on Netgalley!!!

Free E-books:

-->

 When I marked the first on TBR on Goodreads after I saw it on someone else's blog, the author contacted me and offered me a free e-copy of it.  Now I just have to read the first one.  I requested the 2nd one from Netgalley when they were doing a re-read before the next one comes out. The problem, I already have a copy of it, and now I've added more requests to my Netgalley average!  Doh!  The third one just looked like a kinda cute read, plus the girl is a librarian, so me!  The last one was another free one, and had some really good reviews.

And those are my books for the week.  What did you add to your shelves?

  2. That's a pretty good selection of books :) I've been meaning to read the Susan Ee books for a long time, so many people rave about them. Catacombs looks cool. I hope you enjoy your new books!

    1. I enjoyed the first book by Susan Ee, and then didn't get the second till more recently. I need to go ahead and get it read. Catacombs is the 2nd in a series though, so I'll have to get ahold of the first! Thanks for visiting!

  3. I have The Walking Dead Governor books but I'm hesitating to read them as I haven't seen that part of the series on TV. I'm WAY behind!

    1. Ah, that might be a good idea! I'm up to date with the tv series, so can read just about anything. Other than the comics that would go further. And you should definitely get caught up! The tv show is sooooo good! :-) Thanks for stopping by!

  4. I still haven't read Angelfall though it has been on my Kindle for years. It keeps getting set aside for review books or something else new and shiny. Happy reading!

    1. It is a book I got at BEA the first time I went in 2012. I didn't get it picked up right away either, but now I've had the 2nd book for a bit and need to get it read. But that's what happens with my sequels too if they're not also ARCs or e-galleys. That's why I get behind in series. Thanks for visiting!

    1. I've been hearing some people didn't like it. But I'm one of those that likes to make my mind up, especially if it's one that I've been really excited for. I can't wait to read Ice Kissed either! Thanks for returning the visit!
