Stacking the Shelves - January 4th, 2014

Stacking the Shelves is hosted by Tynga's Reviews.  It is a way for us to share the new books we have collected.  My first STS of the year isn't too bad.  Although there are a couple books at the library I'm waiting on, that I hate that I'm having to wait so long for!  But anyway, let's discuss what I did get this week.

E-galleys from Netgalley:

So, the first one sounds like a good read, the second one is a bunch of fairy tales retold by some awesome teen authors, like Julie Kagawa, Amanda Hocking, Sarah Rees Brennan, and Tessa Gratton to name just a few of my favorites!!  And then the final one is by an author that I'm very excited to see get a publishing deal.  While it may not be my normal type of book, I know that I liked her writing, and I want to give it a chance, and definitely review and promote it on my blog.

ARC:

I received this in the mail.  I think I entered or asked for it from a link in a Shelf Awareness email newsletter.  Love the cover, and can't wait to read it!

So how about you?  What did you add to your shelves this first week of 2014?

And while you're here, make sure to go enter my Clear Your Shelves Giveaway.
