Three Romance Free/Cheap E-book Mini-Reviews

So, really trying to get caught up on reviews if it is at all possible.  So I'm chunking together some e-books in this post, and then probably will have a bunch of NA/Romance mini-reviews later this week of physical books that I have read.  At some point I need to do an audiobook mini-review post probably as well. 

Wrong (Wrong #1) by Jana Aston:

My rating:  4.5 stars

So, the idea behind this book is kinda crazy, and normally I'm not the hugest fan of older man romances, but this one was definitely a good one anyway.  I have to say after the scene where he ends up being her gynecologist, I'm glad my gynecologist is a woman, because that would be embarrassing.  I loved the Twilight reference made in this, and I'm also very excited for her friend Everly's book.  I will definitely be reading on in the series, even though I think book 2 is also an older guy story, not quite the same big age difference though, I'll hope that not every book is like that.

Burned (Crushed #2) by Elisa Dane:

I think I had picked this one up for a freebie one day.  And then I saw that it was part of the Kindle Unlimited Challenge, and while I don't have KU, I decided to at least try to participate since I had that book.  It was a pretty good book, I'd like to go back and read book 1 now. This is definitely more of a YA than an NA or Adult romance.

Necessary Restorations (The Walshes #3) by Kate Canterbary: 

My rating:  4 stars

I've been reading and enjoying this series since I got the first one for free.  Since then I've either purchased the others as I was in the mood for them, or in the case of this one, I won a free book from Amazon on Facebook, and so this is what I picked.  You can read my reviews of the first two books:  Underneath it All and  The Space Between.  Each book in the series focuses on another family Walsh family member.  Not sure how much I enjoyed this one in comparison to the first two, but it was still a good story when I had time to just sit and read and not be interrupted.

Four New Adult/Adult Romance Free/Cheap E-book Mini-Reviews

Once again I'm trying really hard to get caught up on reviews from last year!  I decided to save these four reviews for one post instead of putting them with the last ebook reviews a week or so ago, because they were all sequels to books I'd gotten for free and really enjoyed, and I either paid for these, or got them as gifts.  So I'm going to share one more book in The Walshes series by Kate Canterbary, and three in the Gentry Boys series by Cora Brent. 

The Space Between (The Walshes #2) by Kate Canterbary:

My rating:  4 stars
I don't know that I liked this one quite as much as the first, probably because it was more of an older guy with younger girl story, and sometimes I'm not the hugest fan of those, especially since I'm more of an older woman with younger guy story when I can get it.  But it definitely was still a good part of the story, and made me very excited to read on, I have the 3rd e-book sitting in my Amazon app waiting to be read.  If you want to read my review of the first book you can click on the title:  Underneath It All.  Here is the blurb from Goodreads for this one.

I started this series clear back in September.  Books 2 and 3 are the other two boys of the triplets that we met in book one, Draw.  And then book 4 goes on to one of their cousins.  I was also very happy to see that there are more in the series even after that.  I think some go back to the triplets' stories, and there may be a couple other family members?  Not sure, but here are my mini-reviews of #2-4.

Risk (Gentry Boys #2):

My rating:  4 stars
I was reading this at the same time as when I was participating in a writers' conference, and when I read my story excerpt along with the other people in the romance group I went to, I learned that maybe older people don't get the whole casual sex thing, and that women sometimes are just as okay with it as guys are.  But still enjoyed this!  Here is the blurb from Goodreads:

Okay, this one I really, really liked.  Chase might be my favorite of the brothers.  But this one definitely made me want to read more!  Here's the blurb from Goodreads:

My rating:  5 stars
As you can see from my rating, I really loved this one as well! This time we're getting to know one of the triplets' cousins, and he is a good guy.  Guess it is a crossover from another series too, although it can be read as a standalone.  I will probably have to add that series too, although while I like a guy who rides a motorcycle, I'm  not the hugest Motorcycle club story fan.  No, I never watched the Sons of Anarchy show.  Here's the Goodreads blurb for this one.
