Top 10 Promo Post with Giveaway - Ava: A Hart Twins Novel by Charyse Allan

Book info:
Title:  Ava: A Hart Twins Novel

Author:  Charyse Allan

Genre: YA Romance/Suspense

Release Date: January 29th, 2019

Summary:

Ava has everything planned, as usual. Finish senior year at the top of her class, perform her best dance routine at the dance concert, and have the greatest prom ever. But her best friend, Cade, has other ideas. He convinces Ava to abandon her rigid schedule and enjoy her last year of high school. After letting her hair down for one amazing night and exchanging a steamy kiss with Cade, she's ready to explore this carefree side of herself, until someone plays a cruel joke on her.

Humiliated and hurt, Ava retreats into her carefully constructed box, hoping everything will go back to normal. But it doesn't. What she thought was a prank has turned out to be so much more, and she doesn't even know the half of it. Determined to handle the situation herself, Ava hides her true feelings from her friends and her new love interest, but is quickly pushed past her breaking point.

The survival of a sickening betrayal, a broken heart, and a perilous attack mean very little when lost in a game you don’t even know you’re playing.

Author Interview:
1.
--> What does your writing process look like?  Do you know the whole story when you start?  Or do you just start writing and go with it (seat of the pants writing)?  If you plan it out, how do you do that?  Outline, note cards, post-it notes, etc.?

--> My writing process is usually to start at chapter one and progressively work through all the chapters. I do have an idea of what the “Happily Ever After” end result would be for sure. I have some scenarios or scenes I would like to include in the story. I tend to also look at images on google of what my character might look like, it helps me focus on the characters. Another big thing for me is music in books. Music has always been a big part of my life. I love music that may influence a scene.
2.
--> How do you come up with your ideas for your stories?

-->
To be truthful I have no idea. I have a basic idea of where I want the characters to go but that doesn’t mean that they will necessarily go there. I often have times where I sat down to write an idea that has been nagging at me and after a few hours of writing, the concept I started with changes. It’s almost like the character have taken over my typing hands and have written their own story.

3.
--> How long have you been writing?

-->
I am new writer, “Fixing Sydney” is my first novel that I have written. I never saw myself as a writer but here I am excited about promoting my first book and in the process of writing the second book in the trilogy.

4.
--> What tips do you have for aspiring writers?

--> WRITE! WRITE! WRITE! If you ever had the desire to write, do it. It’s a lot of work however having your own novel actually in your own hands in print is an outstanding feeling. A must is getting an excellent editor also. For me, it was important to have some kind of support system. You need someone to kick your ass every once in a while when you get into a funk or to bounce ideas off of.
About the Author:
Diane Zparkki——lives in the greater Toronto area. She is a working mom, and with her husband, she has raised three great kids. She is a thrill seeker who usually drags her family along with her.

She was never a big reader or writer in her youth—Coles Notes were her best friend through college. Her enthusiasm for reading came later in life when she joined a book club. She loved those books, but she wanted raw, simple, and happily ever after with a bit of get down and dirty. That was when her love for bad boys on a Harley was set in motion.

After reading so many books, her mind started to create her first story, and she needed to get it out.

Fixing Sydney of the Branson’s Kind of Love trilogy is her first book, and she hopes you enjoy it as much as she has enjoyed having these characters running around in her head.
