  DISCUSSION
Since I run a book blog, today I've chosen to answer some questions suggested by Lonna at FLYLeF in honor of her anniversary:

What was the first book you remember reading/being read?  - I've been reading for a long time, my dad got me started actually reading on my own at the age of 3 years!  But the first book I really remember is the Nancy Drew series.
What is your favorite book of all time?  This is one of those questions that is impossible for most book lovers/bloggers to answer.  There are so many books that I love, and often it depends on the time in my life or the mood I am in.  I will list the top 10 to narrow it down:  It by Stephen King, Flowers in the Attic by V.C. Andrews (the whole series really), Watchers by Dean Koontz, Twilight series by Stephenie Meyer, After series by Anna Todd, The Raven Cycle series by Maggie Stiefvater, On Dublin Street series by Samantha Young, Play by Kylie Scott.  Okay, that's actually probably more than 10 since I included series. But you get the gist.
Which book has left the most lasting impression on you? I'd pick After and the rest of that series, by Anna Todd.  It is why I have one of my tattoos.
Which book have you read most frequently?  This is hard to answer because when I was younger I didn't have new books all the time, and so I read books over and over.  So that would include It by Stephen King, the V.C. Andrews series, and Watchers by Dean Koontz.  These days it would have to be Play by Kylie Scott or Before Jamaica Lane by Samantha Young.
What books are on your bedside table at the moment?   Well, After, Harry Potter and the Cursed Child because I need to finish it. And then whatever book I'm currently reading before bed.
Name one book/author that you really can't stand?  I'm not a big fan of books by say Nicholas Sparks, I read one, A Walk to Remember, and decided his books were not for me.
What type of books do you like reading most?  These days I love a good contemporary romance that has good humor and steamy romance.
If you were given the money to buy a book today, what book would you buy?   Probably something in the new Misadventures series that Lauren Rowe is putting out.
Where's your favorite place to read? Anywhere is good for me.  But probably I love to sit in bed and read.
Which character in a book do you think is most like you? I don't know for sure, probably Liv in Before Jamaica Lane
Which character in a book would you most like to be?  Hard to pick.  Probably Anne from Play by Kylie Scott, so I could have Mal.
What book do you plan to read next?  Whatever is next on my blogging list, which I think is Neanderthal Opens the Door to the Universe.
Which literary character would you most like to have a 'significant relationship' with?  Definitely one of these three:  Mal from Play by Kylie Scott, Nate from Before Jamaica Lane by Samantha Young, or Daemon from the Lux series by Jennifer L. Armentrout.

  BLOGGER BIO

Hello! Thank you for taking a moment to get to know me. I'm quite a closed book actually — shy and all things timid — except when it comes to...well, books of course!
I'm the creative mind behind FLYLēF (pronounced like flyleaf) who enjoys reading late into the night to satisfy my insatiable addiction to mostly young adult and adult novels: romance (contemporary and historical), fantasy, and paranormal (especially vampires). I believe in the magic of spellbinding words coming together to build breathtaking worlds in our minds’ eyes. Happiness is just a book away, find it with me.
I'm also the owner of Ink Furie (that's a whole nother story, but if you like calligraphy...), host of FLYTIP and Book of Choice Giveaway Hop, and co-host of The Comment Challenge.
